The irrepressable leaf

With only a little time in Miami and only a little knowledge of the town, I cabbed it right over to South Beach. What is it about this leaf? It’s trimmed, actually, and projecting about six inches out of a hedge that is equally well trimmed. Something there about order, and systems of organization.
